This site contains links to a variety of web sites that you may be able to use for classroom enrichment.  The sites often have a variety of activities from printables to online and downloadable games.  Included here is a short description of what the linked site offers.  Some of the sites are included for reference material (like Smithsonian Institute and How Stuff Works).  Some are strictly for teacher/parent use to find activities and printables to use in the classroom or at home.  Most provide not only activities and printables but can be used by students as well for enrichment games and activities on-line.  (Links for these sites are included in the students page of this site.)  Sometimes links are to the home page of the site and sometimes links are to specific areas of a site that you may like to use.  The links to home pages are for sites that have a wide variety of topics in many subjects and will require more exploring on your part to find what you may like to use.  Often the specific links are due to the rest of the site’s content being, while not objectionable, not very educational or relevant.

The sites are loosely organized into the categories at the right.  Many of them are listed in several categories.  Click on a category to see the list for that particular area.  Don’t forget to visit the general resources page for sites that don’t fit the listed topics and other non-academic education resources like certificate making.
